Welcome video from Governor Andy Beshear.

The 18th Kentucky Science & Engineering Fair moved from an in-person fair to a virtual format for our event on Saturday, March 28, 2020.

The in-person fair in Alumni Coliseum at Eastern Kentucky University was replaced with the virtual format to adhere to a number of public health recommendations as well honoring EKU’s temporary prohibition on events exceeding 10 attendees. By holding our fair in this format, our nearly 300 annual participants continued to be able to compete for many category and special awards while also having the opportunity to compete in national competitions such as the BROADCOM Masters for middle school students. Unfortunately, the 2020 Regeneron International Science & Engineering Fair for high school students has been canceled.

We are grateful to our partners at Kentucky-based STEM Wizard for working collaboratively with us to support the ambitions of our participants.

Registration is CLOSED.  Regional fair winners are promoted by their fair in STEM Wizard to State Fair.  However, you MUST LOG IN to STEM Wizard to complete your registration in order to attend the State Fair.
